personalizedkids.com is a division of Armitage Direct.

All orders are charged a flat $10.00 shipping fee.
Changing the Delivery Address

When placing an order through personalizekids.com, the delivery address must be
correct, and someone will have to be at the delivery address to sign for any order over
$100.00. This is for insurance purposes only. Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground
within the 48 Continual States. UPS will make 3 delivery attempts before the order is
shipped back to us. If an order comes back to us after 3 delivery attempts then the
customer will have to pay to have the order shipped out again. If UPS is unable to
deliver the order to the deliver address provided on the order when it is placed and the
customer request a change of address with UPS or with personalizedkids.com after
the order has been shipped then they will have their account billed $10.00 for the
change of address.
Returns
We realize that ordering online doesn’t always work out to people’s
expectations.  You can return any “unused” goods that are ordered
through our online stores, within 30 days, for a full refund (less our
original shipping cost). We will also refund the standard shipping
cost if the return is a result of our error.  You are responsible for
returning the goods to us, in their original cartons, and the items must
be in “salable” condition.  If an item is returned to us in “unsalable”
condition, you will be charged a restocking fee at our discretion.  We
request that you e-mail us at questions@personalizedkids.com or call us
at 1-888-422-6624 to get an authorization first, to ensure that you
receive proper credit for the return.
